Maria V. Primushko is the founder and managing attorney of MVP Law Group, APC, where she helps California families protect their legacies through estate planning, living trusts, probate, conservatorships, special needs trusts, and bankruptcy relief.

Maria's legal career began at the St. Petersburg District Attorney's Office in Russia in the late 1990s, where she earned a Bachelor's in Jurisprudence. She then moved to Los Angeles, mastered English while raising a newborn, earned her J.D. from the University of West Los Angeles, and passed the California Bar on her first attempt. Her early career in the United States included the Los Angeles City Attorney's Office and volunteer work at Public Counsel, where she developed a deep commitment to serving underrepresented families and individuals navigating the legal system.

Today, Maria is a member of the Calabasas Chamber of Commerce and holds memberships in WealthCounsel, Women in Financial Services (WIFS), Elder Care Matters, and the Los Angeles County Bar Association (LACBA). She has been recognized by Avvo with a 10.0 Superb rating and selected as a member of Lawyers of Distinction.

Maria is a seasoned speaker on estate planning and legacy preservation.
